 Crystal serves as the office manager for Integrated Health of Southern Illinois, overseeing all of the business functions of the office. She lives in Carrier Mills with her husband, Tim, and daughter. She enjoys meeting and helping people at work, in her church and throughout her daily activities.

 Kelly Boyd joins Integrated Health as our clinical director with over 20 years experience in education. The transition into a new area was an easy choice for her because both require a heart for people. She has a degree in education at Southern Illinois University and has worked with age groups from kindergarten to college level. Kelly is a native of Saline County and lives in Stonefort with her husband Randy.
As clinical director she will be working directly with our providers, assisting with patient referrals, and will handle a variety of administrative duties. Kelly points to the positive atmosphere, caring staff and dedication to a "patient first" mentality as key in her decision to join the Integrated Health team. |

 Ashley started with us doing Laser therapy and now works in the Front Office. She joined our team after working at a local restaurant for several years, so she’s great with people. Ashley says “It’s wonderful to be a part of this great team,” and we’re excited to have her.
When Ashley is not at work and can get some alone time, she enjoys photography and scrapbooking. She loves shopping and exercising with her twin sister, April. Ashley is also newly engaged and is enjoying this exciting new time in her life. She loves spending time with Chris and their dog Beau.

 A graduate of Southeastern Illinois College, Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist on our team. She offers a variety of techniques including, Swedish massage, deep tissue, relaxation, chair, sports, prenatal, and ear candling. She also recently earned certification for lymphatic drainage and plans to keep furthering her education with different modalities.
After a day of caring for patients, she enjoys relaxing, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She is a life-long resident of Omaha. |
 Brooke is a 2010 honors list graduate of Southeastern Illinois College and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She offers Swedish massage, relaxation, hot stone, sports massage, deep tissue, chair massage, prenatal massage and ear candling.
Brooke lives in Harrisburg with her husband, Ryan, three kids, a dog, five cats, several fish and a lizard. She likes taking the family out on day trips or playing games at home. Brooke also likes art and yoga.

 What do you get when you combine more than 10 years or professional nursing experience with an attitude of caring and concern? Well, first the question should be, “Who do you get?” and second, the answer is simple: you get Catherine Ferrera. Catherine assists in patient flow and nutrition. She enjoys working with all of our other team members and, of course, each of our patients.
When not at work, Catherine loves to be outdoors with her husband, son and horses. She says they’re “a big, happy, active family”. They enjoy the theater and arts when venturing out of Harrisburg. |
 Licensed massage therapist Emily Frost also is a graduate of Southeastern Illinois College's massage therapy program. She utilizes ear candling, chair massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue treatment and sports massage to help patients feel their best.
When she's not working with patients, Emily enjoys bowling and catching the latest movies, as well as playing saxophone in the Eldorado High School Alumni Band. |
 Jamie has been serving our local area for the past five years in Standard Process Supplementation, specializing in a natural approach to hormone replacement therapy. She is also a licensed massage therapist and is currently attending Bible College to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling. Her goal for her patients is to educate them and see them reach their full optimum health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece Charley and nephew Remy, her dog Dudley, and friends. She is also active in her church.

 Jennifer McGuire is a Back Office Assistant and a Laser Therapist. Originally from New Haven, but now resides in Harrisburg. Jennifer Graduated from Southeaster Illinois College in 2008 with an Associate Degree in Medical office assistant along with one certificate in Transcription and one certificate in Billing and Coding. Jennifer is now continuing her education by working toward a Business Management Certificate. Outside of the office Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, swimming, four-wheeler riding, fishing, walking, bike riding, shopping, reading, and she enjoys going to Gallatin County Hawks volleyball games to watch her sister play.

 Originally, from Seoul, South Korea, Kimmy serves the patients of Integrated Health of Southern Illinois as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Drawing on her culture’s emphasis on natural and holistic care, she is proud of her training and certification on the following areas: Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Myofascial Release, Pre-Natal Massage Fundamentals, Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing 1st and 2nd Degrees, Jin Shin Do Basic Acupressure Facial and Neck Release, And Shiatsu Acupressure.
Kimmy moved to the U.S. in 1972 and became a citizen in 1977. She enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her husband. |
 Kim Hughes works in the Integrated Health front and back office. Kim has over four years of customer service experience and a positive attitude. This attitude shows in her recent comment "I just love working with people and serving in my community." In Kim's spare time she enjoys working with her church youth group, music and sports events.

 Integrated Health is proud to announce Lynn Morber, PTA to the team. Lynn is proud to call Harrisburg home, and has lived here with her husband Butch for 20 years. Together, they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren, with another one on the way. Lynn brings 13 years of therapy experience to Integrated Health, and states she is "proud to join the team". She says what attracted her most to Integrated Health was the top of the line equipment and the positive energy that is evident in every team member and the facility itself. "I love working with patients who have low back pain, especially the SI joint, so what better place to work than an office with chiropractic care?" says Lynn.

 Megan Schimp joined the Integrated Health team in September 2011 as front office assistant. She resides in Norris City with her husband Ryan and two dogs Maggie and Lucy. She has a bachelors degree in Business Management. "I love the team atmosphere and work with a great group of people" says Megan.

 Melanie is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She works at the Integrated Health front desk and enjoys working with patients. Melanie also helps out in the insurance and billing office.
When not at the office, Melanie enjoys being with her dog Jake, going to church and doing outside activities with her husband.

 Miles earned his Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from Southern Illinois University in 2009 and has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings. Patients love working with Miles because of his ready smile and a strong desire to help others. Outside of the office, Miles enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, Frisbee and working out.

 Rebecca Meyer has been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She is an avid mountain biker and a competitive triathlete. She holds certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise and is a USATriathlon Level 2 Certified Coach.
Her specialties include specializations in core training and human movement. She enjoys teaching strength training, kickboxing, core and yoga classes in her free time.

 Tammy is our Community Relations Assistant and Certified Arthritis Foundation Exercise Instructor.
She lives with her husband, Jim and son, Jace on a farm south of Harrisburg. Jace will be attending Missouri S & T in August. Tammy enjoys being at home and spending time with family and friends.

 We want your visit to Integrated Health of Southern Illinois to be a fabulous experience. For that reason, our “Director of First Impressions” had to be a fabulous person. And she is.
Tiarra Osman is our receptionist, check-out specialist and front office "go-to" person. She even helps out in our insurance and billing office. She’s been with us since 2008. Not only does she greet and serve our patients, she really cares for them.

 Trenten Kessler is very proud to be joining the Integrated Health Family. As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Trenten feels that he can help the student athlete's of Saline County with safer recovery from injuries and injury prevention. His undergraduate career began at Parkland College where he was a member of the 2002 Juco National Championship baseball team. He then transferred to Lakeland College where an injury made him end his baseball career prematurely, that's when he decided to peruse an occupation in the sport's medicine field. Trenten then moved to southern Illinois where he received a bachelor's in kinesiology with specialization in athletic training. The next two years he worked with SIU baseball team as a graduate assistant athletic trainer and an approved clinical instructor. He received a Master's degree in Kinesiology with specialization in Sports Management in 2010.
He is currently working towards being a certified strength and conditioning specialist and, his future plans are to return to school to pursue a physician's assistant degree from Southern Illinois University. In his free time, Trenten enjoys playing softball, watching baseball, reading, cooking, and working out. Trenten is a resident of Carbondale. |
